This year Trinity Catholic Junior High is saying a fond goodbye to several staff members.
Jon Austin has been a member of the Trinity staff and family for 26 years. He has served as both a social studies teacher and coach. He has been an integral part in the success of Trinity for many years. Jon will be moving to Bella Vista to be with his fiancée at the end of the school year.
Becky Johnson is an original member of the Trinity staff and family. She has been the art teacher at both Trinity and Immaculate Conception schools while also serving as the cheer sponsor for many years at TJH. She is an amazing teacher and has touched many of our students throughout her time at Trinity. Ms. Johnson will be retiring and spending time with her family.
Barbara Saxon has been the counselor at Trinity for 14 years. She also served as a counselor at St. Boniface and Immaculate Conception schools. In addition to counseling, Mrs. Saxon has been a part of the Quiz Bowl team by serving as the assistant coach during several of their National competitions. Mrs. Saxon will be retiring and spending more time with her husband and family.
Judy Weisenfels has been a science teacher at Trinity since 2011. She taught at Christ the King previously. Mrs. Weisenfels has also led our choir and seen it grow in numbers. She has been our pianist for Mass and we are fortunate that she will continue serving in that role as she begins retirement from teaching.
HaymeeGiuliani has been the Spanish teacher at Trinity for the past eight years. She has also taught SEEP and 7th grade Religion and served as the sponsor of the Pure Heart Girls in her time at Trinity. Mrs. Giuliani is loved by her students and has turned the Trinity Spanish program into one of the best programs in Arkansas. Mrs. Giuliani and her husband will be moving to South Carolina.
We would like to thank these great educators for their many years of service, dedication, love of Trinity and Catholic schools. They will all be greatly missed. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
