Trinity visual art students explore various modes of art from different cultures, eras, and artists. Along with learning about the language of art – the elements and principles of design - and what art can tell us about the human response to the world in visual creations, the students also create their own art in different media.
In the 7th grade semester class, we produce art in the forms of calligraphy, relief printmaking, mosaic, portraiture, sculpture, and coiled basketry.
In the 8th grade semester class students study watercolor painting, drawing in pencil, charcoal, and pen and ink, printmaking, and tessellations.
